MAINE — Tomorrow at 9 a.m., Republican Frontrunner and gubernatorial candidate Bobby Charles will launch what his campaign is calling the first all-day livestream by a candidate in Maine political history.
The livestream, airing live on Facebook throughout the day, will take voters behind the scenes of what it is really like to run for governor in Maine while discussing Bobby’s vision to cut crime, cut taxes, investigate fraud, and end the nonsense in Augusta.
Viewers will follow Bobby throughout the day as he travels across central Maine, takes questions from voters, meets supporters, hands out yard signs, attends events, participates in interviews, and gives an unfiltered look at life on the campaign trail.
Throughout the livestream, Bobby will:
• Take live questions from Mainers
• Share his Dunkin’ order
• Call and thank donors and supporters
• Hand out yard signs
• Attend a meet-and-greet to discuss his vision for cutting taxes, cutting crime, and ending the nonsense in Augusta
• Get a haircut
• Participate in interviews
• Show the behind-the-scenes reality of campaigning across Maine
The campaign also says viewers should expect surprise moments and possible special guest appearances throughout the day.
“Bobby Charles believes voters deserve direct access to the candidate and direct conversations about the issues impacting Maine families every day,” the campaign said. “Tomorrow’s livestream will focus on the issues people care about most, including taxes, crime, affordability, government accountability, and the future of the state. Bobby plans to continue communicating directly with Mainers online throughout the campaign and when elected Governor."
The campaign is encouraging supporters and undecided voters alike to leave questions on social media ahead of the livestream. Questions may be answered live throughout the day.
The livestream begins tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. on Bobby Charles’ Facebook page.
Mainers who see Bobby on the campaign trail tomorrow are encouraged to stop by, say hello, and join the livestream experience live and in person.
