The Debates Will Begin Oct. 1 and Be Held in Various Cities Throughout Maine‍

AUGUSTA, ME — Today the Bobby Charles for Governor campaign announced they have accepted invitations to participate in five televised debates in the campaign for Governor, to be hosted by local media organizations and held across the state.

The five debates are:

• News Center Maine/Maine State Chamber of Commerce — Thursday, Oct. 1

• Maine Public/News Center Maine/Portland Press Herald — Thursday, Oct. 8

• WGME CBS 13/FOX 23 — Tuesday, Oct. 13

• WMTW — Wednesday, Oct. 14

• WABI/WAGM – Tuesday, Oct. 20

“Mainers deserve to hear from the candidates directly and have them answer tough questions about their records, policy plans, and qualifications to be governor of this state,” said Bobby Charles for Governor campaign manager Dale Crafts Jr. “Bobby was honored to accept these five debate invitations and is grateful to the organizations hosting these important events.
